Olympus Stylus 790 SW digital camera

How many of you actually love taking photos in a thunderstorm? I suspect the answer is not many, but for some of us who unwittingly get caught in the rain, it makes perfect sense to shield our expensive electronics first lest they end up as useless gadgets. The Olympus Stylus 790 SW digital camera fears no rain though, being resistant not only to water, but dust, ice, and even sand. Heck, it is tough enough to withstand falls of up to 5 feet without suffering from any malfunction. Features of the Olympus Stylus 790 SW include a 7.1 megapixel CMOS sensor with 3x zoom, face detection technology, digital image stabilization, and a 2.5″ LCD display. At $300 a pop, it certainly sounds like a pretty good deal considering how hardy the 790 SW is!
